SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking included on every shipment.
Shipping Rate
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States:

FREE Shipping on all orders over $100!
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and USPS operational delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes USPS tracking at no additional cost. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). International shipping is not available at this time.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately - changes can only be made before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with USPS to file a claim and ensure you receive your order. For damaged items, please retain all packaging materials and provide photos of the damage.
Shipping Restrictions
• We cannot reroute packages once they've been shipped • Address changes must be requested before shipment • Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees
Holiday Shipping
During major holidays, USPS may experience delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website during peak seasons.
